Rev. Richard and Claudia Triplett Bio 2019

Richard accepted the call to full time Ministry in 1974. He is a Graduate of Mid America Christian University, served 6 years in the Kentucky Army National Guard and worked for Goodyear tire for 10 years. Richard has served as a lead Pastor for 37 years. He served 17 years in Tennessee and 20 years in Missouri prior to coming to Salem Church of God almost 5 years ago where he serves as Congregational Care & Senior Adult Pastor, serves on the Teaching Team and oversees Celebrate Recovery. He currently serves on the Governing Board for the State of Ohio and Richard and Claudia serve as Co-Chairs of the State Senior Adult Ministries of Ohio. Claudia has always been actively involved and supportive in Ministry. She has served alongside Richard wherever she was needed and has taught Sunday School for many years and loves speaking at Women Events. Currently she’s a Facilitator in the Woman To Woman class at Salem and is Co-Chair of Dayton Christian Women. She worked 31 years in the Banking & Healthcare Industry & Three Rivers Community College while she and Richard raised their 2 Daughters. Along with their 2 Daughters they have 2 Sons-In-Love, 5 Grandchildren and 1 Grandson-in-Love and are expecting their first Great Grandchild in February.
