Exploring Leadership Pipeline and Leader Mobilization

For the first time in three years, the Lima Leadership Event will be in person! This event has been an important part of the ongoing multiplication conversation in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana.

Annually, we have gathered as a region to inspire and resource church leaders as they seek to multiply. If you have yet to join the conversation, now is the perfect time to connect with this kingdom-impacting initiative. We are excited about relaunching the in person gathering at Crossroads Church in Lima, Ohio in August.

We all know well more than a few things have shifted for the Church in the past couple of years. In the rapidly emerging new landscape of church-how we steward our calling, leadership, energy, and resources is perhaps more important than ever before.

This year we will explore several key shifts in our perspective, our leadership, how we approach mobilization, and the invitation to join Christ in the redemption and restoration of all things.

This year’s guest speaker will be Keri Ladouceur. Keri is the campus pastor of the Naperville, Illinois campus of Community Christian Church and she also serves on the Exponential team. Keri is a perfect fit to help us explore leadership pipeline and leader mobilization.

Meet Our Speaker:

Keri Ladouceur is the founder of New Ground Network, and Lead Coach serving churches, denominations, and non-profit organizations. She pastors Community Christian Church in Naperville, IL and loves teaching about God’s invitation to join Christ in the redemption and restoration of all things. As a coach, Keri co-conspires with leadership teams by catalyzing them towards seizing their unique vision and developing their team’s capacity. Her coaching has been shaped as a former marketplace executive, pastor, and senior leader at Willow Creek Community Church. She has over fifteen years experience coaching Pastors and non-profit leaders. The thrill of launching more than 90 missional communities and having a front row seat to the missional engagement of 100s of churches is exhilarating to her. Keri is an associate on the Exponential team where she contributes to their leadership resources and teaches at their conferences. Her newest project is a podcast that facilitates conversations exploring the tension of following Jesus and the invitation for the Church to pace culture. BIO
