NXTGen Student Ministry Team
The Student Ministry Team exists to serve youth pastors and leaders throughout the state. It is comprised of the COGO NXTGen Student Pastor and leaders from around the state. The main objectives of the team are as follows:
- Develop a network of youth leaders within the state of Ohio.
- Equip the local student ministry for maximum effectiveness with students.
- Create engaging activities and support district events.
The Student Ministry Team meets monthly.
NXT Gen Student Leadership Team
The Student Leadership Team is made up of student leaders from across the state. COGO NXTGen believes in empowering students for leadership. The primary focus of this team is to lead and give direction to the Ohio State Youth Convention. Click the link below for more information and application.
Ohio State Youth Convention
OSYC is our annual fall event for students. Each year more than 500 youth and leaders gather for a weekend of worship, growth, and connection. Look for Information on this event in the COGO August newsletter!

This weekend conference is a leadership intensive event designed for high school students who sense a call to ministry leadership or who desire to lead in their school, workplace, and community.
