$75 if registered through September 30, 2021
$85 starting October 1 – ending November 10, 2021*

T-shirts & Hoodies must be pre-ordered by October 22, 2021. Any extras will be available the event on a first come, first served basis.
Credit cards are accepted. Checks can be mailed to Church of God Ohio (COGO) Ministries.
*late registration ONLY AT THE DOOR as space allows.
OSYC Waiver/Medical Release
All participants must have a signed waiver form on file. Please download the form, print it off, and return the waiver when checking in at the registration table at OSYC 2021.
